BAPE Character Creator / Generator

As promised here is the BAPE Character generator.
HOW TO SAVE:
To save your character, you will need to take a screenshot. If you have vista, run a program called ‘Snipping Tool’ and then draw a rectangle around your character grab it. Press ctrl+s to save.
If you have XP, you can take a screenshot by htting ctrl+alt+PrtScrn. The PrtScrn key is usually found to the right of F12. After you have done that, open paint and hit ctrl+v to paste the screenshot into paint. It will be a screenshot of your entire browser window so use the selection tool in paint to draw a rectangle around your character. Once you have selected your character press ctrl+x. Next press ctrl+n to make a new paint document. Then press ctrl+v and you will have you character. Hit ctrl+s to save.

Sorry about the ammount of time that has passed since I have last updated the site. I have been extremely busy but am finally setup and ready to start posting again.
I have noticed all the comments and can confirm that the pharell site has taken down the character generator. Never fear, I was able to retrieve the flash file for it from my browser cache on an older computer I had and now I can upload it to my site. I am thinking of changing some aspects of it in case of copyright issues and to add some of the new bape items to it. Consider this an early christmas present from me.
Anyway, I look forward to being able to post again. Thanks for all your continued support of the site.

BAPE gets an online store.
0It looks like the day has finally come where you can buy BAPE online. But don’t get too excited, it is currently only for people living in Japan. So far the summer line up doesn’t have too many items but there is still a long way to go. Here are some of the new Bapestas for summer 2009.
As you can see, there is now a button ‘Add to Cart’ . When you click on it, a splash screen will open displaying a message in Japanese. One of the options is for members with BAPE Card, which is BAPE’s credit card. I am guessing that they are just trying out the new store for a little bit in Japan only, but in time they will open it up to the rest of the world. I wouldn’t be surprised if they release it one country at a time like they do with BAPE stores. This will keep the exclusive nature of the brand.
I don’t really know if BAPE is doing this to make more cash, or to simply get rid of the ammount of people selling fake BAPE online. Either way, I am happy I won’t have to travel to New York just to get some more BAPEs.
BAPE Cafe

If your in Japan and looking for somehwere to eat, why not check out the BAPE Cafe. Located in Tokyo the BAPE Cafe has a nice menu and is a good place to relax.
Since it is a cafe, it has more deserts and drinks then main course food. You can still get a cheeseburger though. They also have curry, fried chicken, sauteed tuna, and green salad.
New BAPESTA Shoe Styles
0You may have noticed that there are some new style of BAPESTAs this season. Some people might mistake them for fakes but it’s just a new style. Take a look at the pictures below.
New styles
Notice how the bottom of the star is cut off at the sole of the shoe. With the old styles this would be a dead give away for fapes (fake bapes). However these are legit although buying over ebay or online could make it really hard to tell with these so I would suggest getting this style in store only.
Check out the usual style of BAPESTAs. The entire star is shown.
These BAPE shoes don’t have any star on them at all making it even harder to tell the difference from a fake when buying online. Always make sure you are buying from a legitimate source. Check out the Fake BAPE section for tips on spotting fake BAPE merchandise and a list of sellers with bad reps.
